Young professional looking for accomodation

Hi there, my name is Taylor, I'm 20 years old and I am looking for a room (by May!!!).
I am currently a lodger in a house in Hollingdean with an older couple and a third year student, however the owners of the house have decided to sell and move on so I am looking for somewhere new!
I would describe myself as someone who enjoys a laugh and a good time, friendly, understanding and laidback. To live with I am clean and tidy, respectful, and happy to share chores and the essentials that need buying! In the house I stay at we have a cleaning rota which we all follow.
When I'm not working I love to see my friends, go out to eat, listen to music, watch films, go to galleries, go to the beach - I'm up for anything! Although I like staying in and watching Netflix a fair bit more than I like going out out :) I love living in Brighton; originally I'm from Reading.
I currently work as a waitress/bartender at a pub in Rottingdean, about half an hour outside of Brighton. Occasionally finish at 12pm/1am - maybe once a week. However I am considerate of other people in the house and careful to not wake anyone needing an early night!
I am extremely open minded as I have lived with 'strangers' since moving to Brighton - whether you are a student, professional, etc! All I ask is for someone who can respect each others space but also might like to hang out and get to know each other!
My passions are films, art, politics, It's Always Sunny, soul music and sausage dogs. I'm a bit useless at cooking but I try my best. But just to let you know, I am allergic to animals so no cats or dogs! :(
