WANTED: Double room to rent

My name is Tina and I have recently moved to Leeds for work.

I am looking for a double room to rent in a flat/house share that meets the following criteria:

- Rent: ?500 pcm (inclusive of all bills: gas, electricity, water, council tax, internet)
- Areas: Headingley, Hyde Park, Burley, Woodhouse or any other area within walking distance to Woodhouse Lane
- Furnishings: Fully furnished with all white goods
- Contract: 3 or 6 month initially
- Move in date: April onwards
- Other: Non-smoking flat/house share, maximum 1 other tenant only

I am extremely clean and I would expect the property to be the same/in great condition. I am very mature for my age, very considerate, respectful, and polite, and I will treat your home as my own.
