I’m looking for flatmates who would be interested in splitting a property In the near future so that we’re able to get a little bit more for our money!

I’m a friendly, laid back and tidy guy who works full-time as an Engineer in London. Interests include a wide range of sports including football and American football, reading, going to the gym, museums/art galleries, walking and just generally relaxing be it at a pub or at home.

My search for properties has been focused around North East London and Essex as it’s an area I know and love but, if you have a different favourite spot, I can be swayed! Just looking for somewhere a bit closer to the countryside within a reasonable budget (~ £700pm) so that I can save :)
