Looking to join or form a house/flat share

Hi, I’m Dan.

Like everybody else on this site, I’m just a 28 year old normal man braving the gauntlet of renting a room in London. I work in radio and the studios are in Euston, so I’m looking for somewhere in North London in the £800-1000pcm bracket. Could you be the flatmate(s) to deliver me from living with my parents after a house sale?

I’m the old SpareRoom cliche as a flatmate: Polite and respectful, down for a drink and a chat but equally happy to keep to myself. I know how to wash up, not leave beard hair in the sink and always leave the toilet seat down.

I’m into running, golf, indie music and I’m a decent cook. Bonus points if we live together is that I’m happy to share the occasional dinner and my music knowledge is handy if you’re a pub quizzer.

One thing to note is I leave for work in the small hours but I’ve been doing it for years and could win gold for Team GB if ‘leaving the house silently’ was a sport.
