London room for man and well trained pooch

I'm looking for a room anywhere in London with on street or off street parking. I do have a crate trained dog who is wither with me when I'm on the road seeing customers, or out exploring. And he is crated when unsupervised. I know a dog is a big thing so am happy to have a trial 48 hours or so. It goes without saying I take and cleanliness or noise issues VERY seriously!

Im a Landlord and previous property developer and now work as a canine behaviourist and dog trainer.

I'm a practising minimalist so I have a minimum amount of possessions (save for a few annoying boxes of work files) and am extremely clean and tidy. I'm a non smoker and am seeking a non smoking environment.

Interest-wise I enjoy travel , the gym, socialising, tennis and eating out. I do get on with people of all ages!
