Looking for double room in Leeds

Hey,

I am looking for a room in the Kirkstall, Headingley area.

I'm potentially planning to relocate in the near future, so ideally, I'm looking for a minimum stay of three months or less.

Only requirements is parking, and that the room is large enough to fit a desk since I work from home a few days per week.

I am both clean and socialable so ideally looking for similarly aged people who would go out for drinks out at weekends.

My budget is around £700 a month (inc bills)
