Looking for a room in a quiet and clean place
Hi,
I am a decent (no smoking, drinking or parting), mature person and looking for a small room for a single person in a clean and quiet house/flat (you will hardly hear me as I am most of the time working even when at home). Hence, a party house is not for me.
I am looking for a tenancy, which is a one-month rolling contract. It means that I would definitely need the room for 2-3 months, but I don't know how long I would exactly end up staying. I am happy to give a month notice as usual.
I am only interested in genuine offers with genuine landlords who provide a tenancy contract and accept rent payments via bank transfer. In return, you can be assured that you get the rent payments always on time (can evidence from previous records) and the house/room is kept clean and looked well after (can also evidence from previous hosts who have left feedback online too).
