Dog Friendly Room Needed - Wakefield, July 2021

Hi! I'm a Registered Veterinary Nurse who is relocating as I have accepted a job offer with a vet practice in Alverthorpe, Wakefield.

I'm looking for a house share, studio or flat to stay with my small dog from late June/early July within decent commuting distance of work. I would need a double room and my only flatmate preferences would be someone welcoming and happy to accept a pet.

I'm a friendly and sociable person but a quiet and clean flatmate. Having lived in uni accommodation and private house shares with my dog before, I enjoy getting to know new people! Happy to socialise or keep to myself depending on what my flatmates would prefer.

My dog is house trained and kept up to date with vaccinations and flea/worming treatments. He's never caused any damage in any properties we've lived in before or had any complaints made about him. I'm happy to provide a 'pet reference' from previous landlords, pay extra deposit or rent if required, or commit to having my bedroom carpet cleaned before I vacate if applicable. He really is a lovely dog and we make good, respectful tenants :)
