Seeking a Peaceful and Welcoming Home

Hello! I'm looking for a calm, clean, and peaceful home—a true sanctuary where I can relax and recharge after work. Ideally, it’s a place where shoes come off at the door, and where tidiness and respect for shared spaces are the norm.

I am not looking to live in a multiple occupancy home. If you are a live in landlord / landlady than that would be my ideal option.

I'm hoping to find a quiet room away from main roads and town centres, with enough space for my books, clothes, and a few lovely air-purifying plants. A decent shower is a must, and a parking space would be ideal as I drive for work.

A bit about me: I work full-time as a team leader in the NHS, usually across four days, which gives me three days off most weeks. My schedule includes early starts and the occasional late or long shift, but I’m always respectful and quiet when returning home. I’d also appreciate the option to work from home once or twice a month.

I’m honest, polite, friendly, and open-minded. I enjoy nature walks, dancing to music, reading, hiking, and practicing qigong—which has been a huge part of my wellbeing journey. I have a deep interest in health and wellness, particularly alternative approaches to healing.

Though I don’t watch traditional TV, I enjoy documentaries on Netflix and YouTube—always through Bluetooth earphones to keep things peaceful. Music is essential to me and supports my mental wellbeing.

I eat meat, and while I don’t currently have pets, I absolutely love animals and would be happy to help walk a dog if you have one.

I’m ready to move once I’ve packed and would love to find a warm, respectful home to settle into.
