Professional Male seeking a Double Room SW London

Hi,

I’m John, I'm 27, currently working in AI/technology consulting and looking to relocate to London from the North West as part of a new life chapter. I’m ideally looking for a double room (ideally with an en-suite) in a friendly house share around Clapham, Balham or nearby areas.

A bit about me! I’m clean, organised and respectful of shared spaces, and generally very easy to live with. Outside of work I spend a lot of time at the gym and enjoy things like astronomy, reading, chess, music and collecting vinyl. I’m also quite social and enjoy a good chat, house dinner or the occasional drink, but equally happy doing my own thing.

I’m flexible on number of housemates and household preferences, and mainly just looking for a relaxed and friendly environment to enjoy London from!

Ideally looking for somewhere around £1200–£1500 per month including bills, but open to options depending on the place.
