Looking for Tidy House share near Central London
Hello,
My name is Owen Mellett and I am a Canadian currently working in London as a Part I Architect.
I am interested in somewhere which is within a 30 minute bike ride from Central London. I am fairly flexible in terms of the actual room itself, so long as there is a reasonable amount of space and a pleasant, quiet atmosphere to the apartment. A garden in a definite plus, as is any sort of outdoor space. As long as my roommates are fairly tidy, considerate individuals I have no preferences as to who I live with. While I don't mind going out my personal preference would be seeing an exhibition or a performance over a pub crawl. I enjoy cooking for myself and am always happy to share a meal if others want to chip in.
I currently live in Walworth and work opposite Blackfriars Station, so while I am flexible in terms of location, I would prefer to remain within an easy commute of the office.
My current Landlord is selling the house which I am renting so I will have to move out by mid March at the latest.
Thank you for your interest.
Best,
Owen Mellett
