Room wanted: up to £1700 PCM Move in April-Oct

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a double room to rent/sublet from early April through October (flexible by a week or so if needed). Budget is up to £1700 pcm.

Preferred areas: Hoxton, Shoreditch, Angel, Islington, Dalston — or anywhere well connected and walkable to tube/bus links.

What I’m looking for:
• Double room
• Shared living room (not just bedrooms-only flats)
• Good storage space
• Furnished or unfurnished
• Walking distance to transport

About me:
I’m 28, originally from Los Angeles, and have been living in London for over 10 years. I work in fashion as an Art Director and split my time between home and cafés — but mainly work from my room, so I’m very respectful of shared spaces.
I’m super clean and tidy, sociable but also appreciate downtime. Outside of work I’m into workouts (spin & Pilates), dinners and pubs, shopping, matcha, a glass of wine, and elite trash TV (Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is a personal fave).

I already have a great group of friends in London but would love to live with friendly, like-minded people and make some more.
