Double room to rent Clapham high street

My housemate and I Alana are looking for a flatmate for a new flat we’re moving into!

We’re both 25, I work in publishing and Alana is a paralegal.

We’re both easy going and would be tidy and very considerate house mates. We would ideally like a sociable flat with a flatmate who are around the same age.

The room is a double for £673 in a 3 bed flat right off Clapham high street! We will be moving in at the start of April.

The flat itself is on the top floor and has a shared garden with a bike shed. It has two bathrooms and a spacious kitchen/ living area. Happy to send the link if you would like to have a look at the whole place!
