Couple looking for an ensuite double bedroom

We are an Italian couple, who will come in Manchester from late October (approximately around the 15th). I'm a 28 final year Erasmus medical student enrolled in an internship to the MRI Hospital and my girlfriend is a 29 economy and finance graduate who will work to the city center, so we both will be out for most of the day. We are very clean and tidy and we are looking for a quite place in a polite atmosphere to rest and relax after long days of hard work but also enjoying our free time in the house. We could also provide an excellent reference from our previous landlord in Manchester if necessary.

We will certainly stay in Manchester for 3 months with a serious possibility to prolong until July but we don?t feel completely confident to rent the house for all this time by now, so are you ok with short terms??
