Hi. My name is Cindy. I am looking to rent a room/place from Aug 31-Sept 30, 2019. I am interested if the following are available: a furnished en suite bedroom, access to kitchen amenities, washer/dryer, internet, bills included and must be close to Birmingham City centre/ Birmingham City University .
