Hello there! My name is Nicholas. I am a Civil Servant working for the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero in London.
I'm looking for studio (most preferred option) to move into and work, write my novel, exercise at home, sing, prepare for acting auditions. Please message me if you have a place I could stay at. I'm willing to negotiate a long stay until the end of the year (if suitable, I am all for staying in one place)!!
My preferred budget is £1,000/month but can be slightly flexible if place is suitable. I am ready to move in ASAP.
Last thing (which is something that can be arranged). I have a bike. I like to bike early in the mornings to work. It'd be ideal if there is space for three large suitcases and my bike (storage a plus!).
