Professional Male seeks affordable room

I am an I. T. professional male, looking for a single or double room. I would like a desk and chair, as I work from home maybe once a week.
I am looking to start immediately.
I am clean and tidy, and am also a quiet person, yet easy-going and considerate and helpful with others. I keep to myself usually but am also friendly and engages in conversations and current affairs.
On alternate weekends, I visit my mom in Essex, Romford, so am usually away on the weekends, but otherwise keep to myself, or explore the local nature scenes or keep to my hobbies, with occasional small chit-chat, at times and otherwise practice guitar, without disturbing anyone.
I am a professional that works in Harwell Campus and looking to work in a place closer to commute.
