Laidback, flexible, & tidy couple (28NB / 27NB)

Our names are Chris and Elspeth (both non-binary and LGBTQ+) and we've just been informed by our landlord that they'd like to sell the apartment that we've been living in for the past 4 years. We're looking to move sometime between mid-May to end of June 2026.

Our budget is £1500 (bills incl.) and very open to location, as long as it's zones 1-4 and no more than a 10-15 minutes walk from our local NR/underground station (due to mobility restrictions).
We're moving from an unfurnished apartment, so we do have furniture if needed. Otherwise we can sell or put it in storage if we find somewhere furnished...
We'd also likely want to stay for a minimum of 12 konths, but if it's comfortable and we all get along, then the sky is the limit!

Chris is a full-time hospitality professional working in Soho. Elspeth is a freelance tutor who works from home.

We're typically quite quiet (often like to keep to ourselves) and neat and tidy, but also can match the energy of anyone who may want to be social & friendly, and would get on very well with flatmates who love a board/card game and some good food & drink. Maybe even a movie night here and there!

We love animals (open to pets, don't have any of our own) especially the cat/dog variety! But if no pets, no problem.

We'd preferably like somewhere where we can have our own bathroom (en-suit or not) but of course happy to share a living room.
