£650 a month budget for single/ double room

Hi all,

I am a 34 year old freelance music teacher. I am clean, courteous, and have always been regarded as an excellent tenant. I always pay my rent on time. Despite my musical lifestyle, my setup doesn't cause any issues to anybody i have lived with. If there is, I always have a conversation and I make changes to my set up to consider others.

I'm social, but I also very much like to respect mine, and others personal space. I teach online, and in person, but the way I have my set up I have never had any noise complaints from my flatmates. All devices go off at night, and noise kept to a minimum around 9.30 - 10pm. I am a non smoker.
