II am looking for a room in a quiet house ( living out landlord ), without tenants who make phone calls after 10 pm, no parties, and with calm and respectful housemates.

I am Italian-Brazilian, 65 years old, retired in Brazil, and I have been working as a food delivery driver in the UK for the past 8 years. I am passionate about London, although I am currently living in Southend.

My budget is up to £750 per month. I also need a safe space to store my bicycle without having to take it through the entire house to reach a garden, for example.
