Professional friendly/social e seeks a double room

Hiya my name is Sophie and I'm looking for a friendly/social house in London! Bit about me - I'm 25 and I've lived in London for a year now in Tooting Bec, moved from Brighton where I lived for a couple years after graduation (studied psychology at Nottingham Trent). Absolutely adored my housemates in Brighton but London was calling! I work for Virgin Active over at head office in Bank, currently part of a rounders league for the summer and did dodgeball over the winter. Always up for an activity, love hiking and any active social activity but also love watching stuff and playng board games with people, going to the pub etc. Festival season uses up the majority of my annual leave, absolutely love a boogie and an excuse to cover myself in glitter. But same as most people really in that whilst I love being social I also like to take time for myself - reading, listening to music/podcasts etc. Leaving my current place as my landlord put the rent up by £150 per room (sob).

I have two pet rats - Mando & Vision. They live in my bedroom in a cage - they don't leave my room. I've lived in a few houses and have always been allowed them, they've actually brought in a law that landlords can't refuse a reasonable pet request bUT I've never even had to mention that because they're always cool with it and i have references from previous landlords that they caused no damage etc. One time I just sent a photo of them to a landlord and said 'I know lots of people don't like rats but look how cute they are' and the landlord just replied 'they are pretty cute I'll allow it' haha.
