Looking for a room near Wembley, with a dog :)

Hi!

I'm looking for a room (ideally ensuite but not necessarily) within an hour on public transport from Wembley Park, ideally near the stadium. My budget is about £1200/month with bills included. I would like to move by the end of February, ideally sooner.

I have a dog, so looking for somewhere that would be happy to have her. She is getting old now, so I would prefer somewhere a bit more peaceful, as that's where she would be happiest. It would be great if you like dogs - she is very friendly and will love you if you love her. Cuddles from her will brighten up your life :) She is very well house trained and calm, due to her age.

I am the same, really - friendly and happy to hang out, but also like my own space :) I also cook a lot and sometimes share! And I almost always have snacks. I work full time, split between working from home and in office.

Contrary to popular belief, we don't need much space or a garden. I walk the dog frequently, she runs around outside and then mostly just sleeps at home. So a room in a flat is perfectly fine :)
