I'm a friendly, tidy and sociable person looking for a room in central or south York. I enjoy a good chat and a sociable environment, though I'm respectful of people wanting their own space. Due to sport and work commitments I keep relatively early hours, but am mindful of noise and minimise disruption. I enjoy watching films and the occasional trip to a pub, and generally keep fairly busy, so I'm keen to find a place where that would work.
