PhD student looking for room in M3/M5/M6

I'm a clean, friendly PhD student moving down to Manchester from Edinburgh and I'm looking for a room with likeminded people.

I’ll be working/studying 9-5 during the week at the University of Salford, so although I’m a technically a student again I’m very much treating it as a job and consider myself a professional (more like a paid researcher who happens to work for the university?). Outside of working I’m pretty active, mostly skiing, surfing and going to the gym. I'm a big basketball fan and enjoy watching games and playing whenever I can. I'm also a musician, have played bass in a touring band for the best part of ten years, and enjoy going to shows. l'll be away on weekend trips often to keep me sane from the PhD, and I’ll be back up to visit my girlfriend in Glasgow a bunch as well. I’m generally very chilled around the house, can easily get sucked into a new Netflix series, definitely enjoy a beer or two in the evenings, like to be social and not hide in my room etc. I’d love to get to know Manchester during my time south of Scotland so some fun, social flatmates would be amazing.
