Looking to buddy up for 2p flatshare; E14 :)

Hiiii, I'm Gabija and I'm a 30yo scientist from Lithuania currently grinding in a biotech start up in Canary Wharf :D
Looking to buddy up with one person for a flat in E14, moving mid March onward. Personally want a double room with an en-suite in the flat. My budget is 1400 inc bills. I love my personal space and peace, generally just mind my own business but can be sociable/outgoing. I like to go for a run/swim and an occasional night out/day fest. Wishing for a place with a terrace/balcony as I wanna grow my own veg and herbs. I do love to fix up a nice meal too when I've got time.
My dream flatmate is someone considerate, tidy, focused on their own life but down to hang from time to time. Someone who would generally keep the place in a nice, relaxed and homey vibe. Not fussy about age/gender/etc. Hit me up, I have some flats in mind!
