Need a Room at Tottenham Court Road Station

I am an academic researcher, translator, and temporarily part-time postgraduate student at Birkbeck Univ. I am looking for a bright, lockable single/double or an ensuite room in a shared flat or house from which I can commute to Birkbeck (Russell Square area) on foot, preferably close to Tottenham Court Road station. I will be staying in London for about 5-6 months.
I hope the number of bathrooms is more than one unless it is shared by only two or three females. I also hope that cleaning services are included in the bill.
I prefer a bright room that has a desk/chair, but if the room is spacious and neat enough, perhaps I could consider buying a pair myself.
I also want a well-working heating system because I tend to feel cold easily.
