Professional looking for a room from August just Paignton

I will work as a nurse at a care home from Paignton . Not smoking , I would like a place to call home once I finish my shift, meaning that the house has to be not too far away from my job , I would prefer something quiet as I'm not the type of a party guy.
It is also very important for me that you will understand that my fiancee ( she is based in Romania ) might visit me once in a while ( every 2 months for a couple of days -not permanent )
