24 year old Female seeks a single or double room

Hiya!
I am a female aged 25 looking for a single or double room
I am looking for an animal-friendly home, as I will be moving with my 2yo male dog Hugo (as pictured) a well trained, well disciplined and incredibly calm & loving Golden Retriever.
Hugo is excellent around children of all ages and other dogs and is neutered and up to date with all Vaccinations. I am looking at getting Hugo ADA trained and registered as a Psychiatric Support dog in the future to assist with my BPD
Happy to provide a reference from his previous trainer.

I am available to move immediately and have a maximum budget of £680 per month,
I would like to share with males or females of any age.
I consider myself to be polite, centred, warm, friendly and respectful with a studious and compassionate nature.
I’m a private carer, predominately working within elderly care.
* I am currently taking a break from paid work to focus on my mental health and will therefore be relying on DSS income
at present I am hoping to return to paid work in moving location within the month.
I am currently volunteering at a community café and a charity shop-Pilgrims Hospice.
* I suffer with Borderline personality disorder but my symptoms are generally managed very well, I just sometimes need extra time to process stress and ‘uncharged’ and ‘calm’ communication is very important to me at home/in a personal capacity, a safe space is crucial!!
I struggle in chaotic environments and like to keep peace.

my hobbies include; reading, meditating/mindfulness and other holistic practices, knitting, trying out new vegan recipes, puzzles, spiritual festivals and retreats, gardening & exploring new places..
an old soul really ❤️ .

PREFERENCES:
• Balcony or garden
•Partially/fully furnished (bed, clothes storage)
• bills included/distributed fairly.

DEAL-BREAKERS:
•Smoking inside/ recreational drug use
•Loud/chaotic environment
• frequent un-prearranged guests (if disruptive or excess amount of)
• untrained animals- excessive barking, aggression, not toilet trained- flatmate must be responsible for their own animals at all times!!!
• extreme mess
• Racists, or any Bigoted persons- I love and respect all.
