Looking for new home in Exeter area

Hello, I'm an easy going, fairly quiet guy seeking accommodation in the Exeter area. Preferably to the west of the river Exe.
I am a keen gardener so somewhere with a garden would be perfect and I also adore pets although I don't have any of my own. I could be a great occasional pet sitter for someone who does have a pet.
I am a very independent person with a busy lifestyle but also like to be social. I don't smoke and only drink when going out, which is quite rare these days and usually only for occasions or a nice meal somewhere.
My main hobby is sailing but I sold my boat last year so now I just enjoy walking in my spare time and I've also recently joined a local calisthenics group. I enjoy writing and currently writing a fantasy novel.
Growing up with my parents being property developers I am good at DIY. My first career of 13 years was tree surgery and I've also previously ran a gardening business so anyone I live with would essentially have access to free garden and tree work, plus I use a van for my current business so you also get free man and van services.
I am a very organised and tidy person myself and although I like to keep bathrooms and kitchens etc clean I don't mind a bit of clutter. My favourite saying has always been 'live and let live' so I don't judge anyone else's lifestyle or habits. I just enjoy life as it comes, hearing other peoples interesting stories, more of a listener then a talker but do like a bit of banter.
I don't have much of a preference with who I live with but anyone who is easy going with similar interests would be great.
