Looking for a home in Islington/Stoke Newington

Hello!

I’m Solène, almost 29, and I’ve been living in London for the past six years. I’m now looking for a place to call home for the coming year-ideally in Islington (De Beauvoir), Stoke Newington, Haggerston, or Barnsbury-to welcome me into this new chapter of my life.

I work as a researcher in medical robotics and have a postdoctoral contract for the next year and a half, so a one-year tenancy would be perfect.

I’m a friendly and active person - you’ll often see me in my running gear or on my bike - but I also enjoy other sports, movies, and I’m also a (not very good!) painter in my spare time. I’m always keen to try new things and meet new people!

I’m hoping to find a place that truly feels like home rather than just a shared space with strangers. That said, I’m very independent, tidy, and respectful of others’ space and routines, and I also value quiet time to recharge.
