Flatmate/room - move in April in Ancoats/ New isl

I am 29, I work in football for Manchester City in the office 3-4 times a week, I have been living in Manchester since March 2022.

In my spare time I like to go on walks round the city, shopping and my favourite is combining the two and walking round Selfridges. I like going to the cinema, bowling, or any other fun activity, especially anything girly. I like going out for a few drinks or a night out but I don’t really go out out very often, but I don’t mind it at all. In the week I always have chilled early nights, most of the time it ends up just spending hours swiping left through Tinder 🤣

I am very clean and tidy, especially in the kitchen/living area. I always like to keep these areas spotless. My worst nightmare is coming home to a dirty messy flat. So someone who is extremely clean and tidy is a must!!

I want someone who’s on the same wavelength as me and especially someone I can be friends with and can do things together, even if it’s just getting a takeaway or going for a walk/ coffee. I also want someone that is okay with having our own space when needed; but not someone that I am just going to pass by in the kitchen every now and then.

My budget is around a max of £850 including bills but can be a bit flexible for the right place.

Ideally looking for somewhere new-recently built and modern with communal lounge/ wfh, gym facilities in Ancoats/New Islington/Northern Quarter/ Piccadilly East. I am looking for an en suite room or private bathroom.
