I am a PhD student (but also hired by the university as a part-time research technician) and I am looking for a room from the end of January till the end of September 2020. My priorities are peace and quiet (the deadline for submitting my PhD is 25th of September 2020!!!!!!!!!!!), and not a high rent. What I have to offer in exchange is that I always clean after myself in common spaces, I am a quiet person - I spend most of the time in my own room, and I always pay my bills on time (even from a PhD salary). My hobbies include crafting (knitting, crocheting, etc.), watching Netflix and reading books so you won't even notice I'm there most of the time.
