Friendly flat needed for the new year!

I've recently graduated from university and I'm starting a clean energy engineering job in Warrington this January - so I need to find somewhere nearby to live.

Ideally I'm looking for a short walk/cycle from Wilderspool Business Park, although I'm open to looking at options near/in Manchester to commute from. I'm hoping to do viewings in mid-Novermber to find somewhere for the new year.

My ideal flatmates would mainly be in their 20s, friendly, sociable and reasonably tidy. I don't smoke or do drugs and as I'm working 9-5 I don't want anywhere that's going to be too rowdy on weekdays. I would prefer a house of professionals or postgrads.

As for me, I'm a Lancaster Uni Physics grad originally from Llandudno in North Wales. I'm quite down-to-earth, open and sociable and I do my share of tidying/taking the bins out. I'm a big rugby fan and I play a lot of piano, but I'll keep it in my room and use headphones. I have a few good friends living in Manchester but I'm new to the area so I'm keen to make friends. Always up for chilled drinks and takeaway on a Friday or the occasional night out.
