Professional Male seeks a double room

Hello my name is Ree and I am looking for a potential housemate to move in with. I am currently in a houseshare but I am starting a new job which would require me to work from home about 3 days a week. As a result, I would like to move into a house or flat to give myself a change of environment after a days work.

I am a very clean individual who likes a nice homely environment that stays well presented. I am also a sociable individual who is up for going out but also enjoys quiet days indoors respecting other individuals' space.

I am looking for a house with double bedrooms and ideally an en-suite (although not a deal breaker). A property easily accessible to surround amenities and not too far from the motorway if at all possible.
