Looking for a room from 1st of November

Hi all,

I am looking for a room from the 1st of November.

I am a 33 year gay guy, working as an events & marketing manager for a group of bars.

I am tidy, sociable (but also like my own space, and respectful of others). I tend to be at work a lot (especially at this time of year), but when I am not I enjoy cooking (I make a mean roast), photography, expositions or just chilling with a good book.
A garden or outside space would be amazing, as I am pretty green fingered, but not asking for too much!

I do smoke, but happy to smoke outside.

I would like to live with chilled people, somewhere that is home and not just a place to crash.
