Looking for female flatmate or en-suite room

Me:

I'm a 25 year old software engineer, originally from Alexandria, Egypt. Moved to London last year for work. I currently work from home ~10 to 7. After work I like to relax while journalling, Netflixing, or going out for a drink with friends. On weekends I like to go for brunch, long walks or museums. I respect other people's privacy but I also like hanging out with my flatmates occasionally whether inside or outside the house.

The flatmate:

Professional woman in her 20s-30s. Open-minded and tidy person who will respect the space. Ideally I'd like to live with someone whom I can occasionally hang out with and not in a hotel-like environment where we barely talk to each other. Specially since now we spend a lot of time at home and it would be nice to live with nice people. :) I can promise you the same.

The room and flat:

En-suite double bedroom. Flat/house must have a living room + some outdoor space: balcony/patio/garden. Room or flat must have some space to setup a working desk with my screens and stuff.

The location:

Anything that is reachable within about 30 mins from King's Cross and from Walthamstow. A bit flexible of course.

I am also up for teaming up with someone to find a new flat.
