Only interested in places that accept housing benefit without guarantors as I cannot provide one.

I like my space clean and tidy and communal s to be uncluttered, fast wired internet as I?m always online, pressured showers only no baths thanks. Parking space required either by property or roadside.
Would prefer sharing with as few people as possible and only mature students.
Currently on UC sick (not required to look for work) and last residency?s was abusive. Need some where relaxed and quiet for the sake of my mental health, thanks.
