Single female seeking 1 bed/studio or en suite I

I am a female seeking a 1 bed flat/studio or double room with an en suite in a preferably female houseshare. Unfurnished is preferred but not essential.

I have worked as an assistant to a psychologist and have lived with a live in Landlord for 5 years in their family home, unfortunately they are having to sell which is why I am searching for a new place.

I am very reliable and punctual with rent and can provide a reference from my current Landlord (who are more like family!).
