I'm a single professional looking to rent a studio flat or a double room with an ensuite in North London (inc. NW & NE of London) or Hertfordshire.
**(If its a double room then room must have its own ensuite bathroom/shower room).

Parking for my car is required too.

Abit about me...
- Im 29 years old
- I'm clean & tidy
- I'm friendly
- Degree educated; my salary bracket is £50k+
- I like my own company but happy to socialise on weekends & evenings.
- I enjoy the gym, I also enjoy watching & playing sports.
- I work in Central London 7.30am-5pm , mon to Fri (so I will be out of the property most daytime hours during the week)
- My weekends are generally spent seeing family & socialising with friends.
