Seeking self-contained home for me & my lovely dog

Looking for somewhere small and self contained that is ground floor. (To note; I am not looking for shared accomodation).
This is for myself and my mature girl dog who never barks (genuinely), is well trained and very friendly. She has arthritis and therefore it has to be ground floor, as steep long stairs are not doable for her now.

I work in the area of care, and also study Osteopathy at Marjons University in Plymouth. I am trustworthy, nature loving and enjoy travelling. Ideal place would be somewhere simple, with space for some belongings, such as a studio/annexe/static mobile home.

Can provide references from previous places stayed, for myself and Roxy (my dog) :)
