University staff seeking quiet, independent space
Hi there! I’m Alex, a professional moving to Cambridge this February to start a new role at the University.
I’m looking for a small studio, annex, or self-contained space where I can settle in comfortably. I really value my independence and am hoping to find a calm, comfortable environment to relax in after work. My budget is £900 including bills, ideally within a 40–50 minute walk of King’s College.
I’m a big fan of art, music, and a good book. I’m definitely not the party type. I’m much more likely to be found hunting for the city’s best coffee shops! I’m very tidy and respectful of neighbours, and I take pride in keeping my home organised and looking its best.
I’m a straightforward and reliable person, and I’ve always had great relationships with my landlords. I believe in being transparent and keeping communication easy. You can count on me to be respectful of the property and always on top of the rent. I have solid references ready to share whenever needed.
I’m primarily looking for a studio, but I’d happily chat about a high-quality en-suite if it offers a strong sense of privacy and independence.
Looking forward to hearing from you, and happy to answer any questions
