I'm a friendly, considerate and easy-going professional and part-time mature student looking for a double room in Guildford as my current landlord is selling.
Parking space and ensuite preferred but not essential.
Room needed by February/March 2020, although this is flexible and earlier availability is fine. Upper budget is approximately ?600pcm.
I'm looking to share with friendly, like-minded housemates who are either professionals or mature students.
I love being out in nature and spending time with friends and so a shared sitting room and garden or patio space would be ideal.
