Professional Female Looking For A Houseshare

Hello!

I'm starting a new job in January that is in the North of Lincoln, so I am looking for somewhere within commuting distance.

I would like the place to be my home, so somewhere with a friendly bunch of people is a must. I'm currently moving from a house share in Leeds with 3 other females so something similar would be ideal, but I wouldn't mind living in a mixed household.

There would need to be a living room to share as I love having a natter and watching a bit of TV in the evening. I also dabble in baking so apologies in advance as I often leave cookies on the side for everyone.

I'm pretty laid back, but like to keep things clean. Hobbies include going on walks during the weekend, so somewhere with a trail nearby would be really nice. A space for a car (ideally off-road parking) is a must and I'd like to have all bills included for ease.
