Looking for Double Bed Room in Stockport

I am looking for a long term double bed room in Manchester. Max house mate must be 3 person. I don?t like crowded and untidy houses. Stockport, Cheadle, Didsbury, Chorlton and Salford preffered. Not in the city center. I?ll be there on February 17th and I can move 20th of Feb.

My monthly Budget is 300-400 stg included all bills. Range can be change depends on the property and its details. I can pay cash monthly or weekly what u want. I want a basic rental contract for address proof. Landlord/lady must prepare contract. This is must for me.

I?m professional, very tidy, clean and self disiplined. I?ll be out 8-18 everyday if I rent any room because of my work. I like cooking, fishing and walking. Also I like cars and modifiying. My business related with cars.
