Professional Male seeks a double room

Hello everyone. I recently moved out of my partners and I’m currently at my mums. Therefore I need to find somewhere. I require a double room, off road parking would be a bonus. I have a son who lives with his mum but he would stay with me for the weekend every couple of weeks. I do work away loads so you wouldn’t see much of me but on my days off work I’d love a peaceful house with positive people, a good balance of guys and girls would be great, I enjoy nice conversation, good food, going on walks, visiting places and the odd movie, I am also studying as well as working so that takes up some of my time.
