Professional Male seeks a double room

I am a professional male looking for a double room with a safe parking spot. I am available to move from January as that is when i start a new role at my current company - just working from Leeds now instead of south Manchester

i'm looking for a clean house where the landlord looks like that have taken pride in presenting their property as I would treat it the same and take care of anywhere I live.

i am looking for a house with kind and friendly housemates that wouldn't mind a fun conversation in the evenings but i would respect anyone that just wanted time to themselves after a long day as i can feel the same sometimes.
i would prefer a house with a smaller, close knit feel but open to all well equipped and clean homes :)

a nice kitchen would be ideal as i enjoy cooking and an en-suite would be beneficial so we don't need to worry about 'traffic' getting ready in the mornings!

i work during the week and would spend most evenings relaxing at home, watching shows or documentaries, and hopefully eating good food. I have a girlfriend that would probably visit me once or twice on an average week but we wouldn't take over the shared living spaces and will be very respectful of the fact that other people live in the house - same as when i was in uni but a lot more mature now... apparently.

if you would accept my application to live in your home i would be a polite, friendly and fun housemate! i might even cook some dinners for you?!
