Engineering Professional Looking for Room

I am a 24 year old engineer working in Shoreham-by-Sea. My current tenancy will expire at the end of January 2020, and I am looking to move into a new place.

My ideal flat would have a spacious double room and good access to bathrooms. A nice-to-have would be off-street parking or a garage.

My girlfriend visits occasionally, so a tenancy which is flexible to occasional visitors is essential.

My interests include sports (mainly cricket and running) and anything to do with technology and cars.
