Professional female available in April

I'm looking for a double room in a 2 bedroom property. Open to buddying up with one other person, preferably around the same age.

I will be available to move in April and have a budget of 1000 pcm. West London is preferred but I'm not too fussed about the location as long as it's in London/ the surroundings and has a train station nearby. However, I am about decor. Must be modern, minimalist, energy efficient and clean, I can't stand clutter and mess 🙈. Some outdoor space would be much appreciated too but I know it's harder to come by.
