62 year old Male seeks a single or double room

I am a male aged 62 looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from 16/07 /21and have a budget of £490pcm. I would like to share with males or females of any age. I have worked for a company full time for the last 16 years, I own a car moped and 2 bicycles, normally use the electric bike to go to work, so it would be nice if you have an outside area within easy access to a road. . Also 2 years ago bought a Samsung OqLed TV cost me just over £1200 so it be nice to have a room bigger enough to watch it it.
I like to think I'm a easy going person and like to help others, at my present address made friends with my 89 year old neighbour I own a jet washer so during shutdown I cleaned her back yard and one day when she knocked saying her TV was not working seems Freeview had altered their single wave so I retuned her TV. In the house I share at the moment I installed a PC in the kitchen and bought a £600 coffee machine with I made clear was for all to use
