Looking to move near Holloway/Finsbury Park

Hello!

I work in Upper Holloway so I'm looking for a house/flat share that's walking/commuting distance from there, preferably Zone 2/3.

I'm hoping to share with other young professionals, I'm moving into London for the first time so it would be nice to make some more friends here.

I'm a fun, friendly and social person, always up for a laugh or a drink, but also want to keep a happy, clean and tidy home, and be respectful of people's wishes.

I work in Ecommerce for a Merch printing company, and will need to work from home 2 days a week.

I have a good collection of board/card games from working in the toy & game industry for 6 years so, plus an xbox, nintendo, loads of blu-rays and a few subscriptions for nights in.

Bonus points for:
- High speed internet with good Wifi signal in my room and/or an Ethernet Port
- Living room with decent sized TV
- Not a noisy location e. g. next to train tracks, beeping traffic lights or a busy junction

I'll be in Peru from the 2nd-20th of May but I'm hoping to start viewing rooms before I leave. I'm currently commuting from Berkshire so if possible I'd like to view after work on a Monday/Wednesday/Friday!
